Coastal home builders, established in 2024, was created with the mission to build and design custom homes with the customer's style and vision top of mind. Catering to the Saint John's and Duval area, we take the time to create strong relationships with our clients to ensure we can design their personal "dream home" at a price that is in their budget. 

 

Everyone has their own taste and personal touches, and we like to make sure we get to know how you spend your time in your home so we can develop a design you and your family will love calling home. When it comes to who we trust to work with on your home projects, we partner with local family-owned businesses to ensure you are getting high quality work and materials hand selected by someone on our team.

 

Founder, Tyler Brennalt has over 8 years of experience in both residential and commercial construction. He found his passion for building and remodeling homes during his 5 years working for Maxwell Building corporation in Jupiter, FL.

 

Born and raised in Florida, he also enjoys surfing, boating and golfing. Tyler and his wife live in Saint Augustine with their golden retriever, Boone.
